INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 5 oz Shorty's Hot Honey
- 4 oz Water
- 1 tbsp Tajin
- 1 Lime Wheel
- Ice
SHORTY'S HOT HONEY SYRUP
- In a small saucepan, combine 4 oz Shorty's Hot Honey + 4 oz Water
- Whisk to combine
- Store refrigerated for up to 10 days
MONSTERITA COCKTAIL
- Rim rocks glass using Shorty's Hot Honey and roll in Tajin to coat
- Combine Mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice, SHH syrup in a shaker with ice
- Shake the sh*t out of it
- Strain into glass
- Add fresh ice and garnish with lime wheel. Cheers!
