Monsterita Cocktail

• 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 5 oz Shorty's Hot Honey
• 4 oz Water
• 1 tbsp Tajin
• 1 Lime Wheel
• Ice 

SHORTY'S HOT HONEY SYRUP

1. In a small saucepan, combine 4 oz Shorty's Hot Honey + 4 oz Water
2. Whisk to combine
3. Store refrigerated for up to 10 days

MONSTERITA COCKTAIL

1. Rim rocks glass using Shorty's Hot Honey and roll in Tajin to coat
2. Combine Mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice, SHH syrup in a shaker with ice
3. Shake the sh*t out of it
4. Strain into glass
5. Add fresh ice and garnish with lime wheel. Cheers!
